So sad to read Mark Hollis has died---i was taken to watch them in Manchester reluctantly and left spellbound at one of the most beautiful sounding gigs I have ever been too.Gave us some beautiful music and a masterpiece in Spirit of Eden.

One of those bands I missed out on at the time. People keep telling me Spirit of Eden is a masterpiece. Guess I should check it out.

Laughing Stock is equaly

Laughing Stock is equaly great in my opinion. New Grass is one of my favourite ever songs!

Mark's music has sustained me through difficult and dark times.

Me too Elizabeth,we played

Me too Elizabeth,we played Spirit of Eden and Colour of Spring driving through the Welsh countryside yesterday and both of us were in tears--i'm not sure the music of any other band/artist affects my emotions as much as Talk Talk.
