Bathing Under the Sky - Anyone with a booking heard from them?

In 2019 I made a hot tub booking with Bathing Under the Sky for 6 people - a treat that should have clashed with a significant event for one of our group. We were told bookings would be rolled over to 2021 which we were more than happy with and BUS promised to be in contact with our revised tickets in due course. We heard nothing. Just checked their website and they won't be attending GM this year. There's a note on their website to say they they hope we are happy for our tickets to be rolled over to 2022 or alternatively we can have a credit note to use at their permanent site which is 100s of miles from where we live. Neither option works for us. There's been no direct contact from them and no one is responding to my emails, which I think is less Than courteous. Is anyone else having similar issues? I appreciate it's a tough year for everyone but I was really hoping for either the experience or a refund this year.
