As we now have confirmation that GM is going ahead and the majority of the line up, who are the acts that you'll definitely be watching?

Suppose I'll start, in no particular order

1) Nadine Shah

2) Teenage Fanclub

3) Self Esteem

4) Black Midi

5) Do Nothing

6) Mogwai

7) The Staves

8) Home Counties

9) Wet Leg

10) King Hannah

Would have Gwenno and Fontaines DC in there but as they clash with TFC I'll have to miss them.

No doubt this will change when I have a proper listen to the playlist.

When the line up was announced I turned to Ann and said TFC,Self Esteem and Nadine Shah--Joseph will be happy today.

My ten which will change alot---i don't know 2 of your choices Home Counties and Do nothing so I will have a listen later as well as the unknown others.

I only listened to King Hannah today after you mentioned them last night, loved them straightaway.

I'm going to see Fontaines in Manchester in October so not too bothered about missing them at GM.

Three nights at Academy 1 Is pretty impressive,we would have gone but are at a festival that weekend.Will watch Wet Leg,Black Midi and Self Esteem.

william tyler & marissa anderson are my number 1 must see

but they've disappeared from the line-up page...

hope this isn't a bad sign

only marissa has ever appeared on the poster - but were both listed (together) on the line-up page, and they have a joint record coming out in august and are touring the states together in sept & oct - so presume marissa wouldn't be playing at GM alone

Hey Homies .. I've missed you!
Been a shitty time since that last GM for various covid and non covid reasons, as I know it's been for many of us, but I'm ready and willing to party again. I can't wait to smell that healing elixir that rises with the Glanusk dew.

I've a lot of listening to do in a short space of time but I hope to be seeing some of you at ..

After just getting back from the  Cloudspotting Festival i can heartily recommend Snapped Ankles who were sensational in the saturday night headline slot.
