Any idea when this will be made available?

I don't think lineup times have ever been made available before the start of the festival.

You could use the (definitely not official) Clashfinder to get a rough idea of times: http://clashfinder.com/s/gm2013/ However this is basically just my best guess based on last year's times, so who knows how accurate it will be.
