Zervas & Pepper are duo Paul Zervas & Kathryn Pepper. Currently making waves on UK Radio stations BBC Radio 2 & BBC 6 Music. The couple discovered one another while performing in their home town clubs in Cardiff as solo artists. Finding they had a shared love of Harmony Heavy Evocative Folk Rock, Zervas & Pepper began writing and recording together. Along with their band they promise elegantly crafted songs that transport their audience with escapist narrative and soaring melodies.
Under their own label 'Zerodeo' Records Z&P released 2 introductory EPs in2008/9 respectively and in Spring 2011 released their début album 'Somewhere in the City'. Receiving three play listed singles from BBC Radio Wales and further Air Play on BBC 6 Music and BBC Radio 2 with singles 'Cigar Store Indian' 'Buffalo Crow' and 'Startin Over' leading to appearances on the popular BBC 6 Radcliffe & Maconie show, BBC Radio 2's Terry Wogans 'Wake up to Wogan' and Radio 2's Janice Long. Most recently in Session for Lauren Laverne BBC 6 Music, the session was featured in 6 Music's 'Best Bits of 2012'
Currently recording their second album "LifeBringer" which is due for release on Jully 2013, Zervas & Pepper have been tipped as a band to watch this year. As word continues to spread with a string of live dates ahead and an ever growing live set up Zervas & Pepper continue to bring strong live performance to the fore appearing as a two, three or six piece band.
