Ticket questions

Wanting to bring our whole family this year from 1 year old to 67, there will be 25 of us. Need to discuss options, is there anyway I can do this before the tickets are released?

sounds a bit like my first year, brought my 1 year old and 70 year old father to his first ever festival - although only 8 of us.  what do you want to know?

Really wondering which would be the best area?  We have always stayed in a caravan, but the others will be in tents.  Don't think the family area can take caravans can it? Any advice please?

Hi Heatherhsps - if you want to camp together then general camping is best for all ages. If you want a quieter camp site then Quiet camping is a slightly longer walk from the entertainment but it also has mixed age camping. Family camping is predomimnantly for families, and children. Friends do camp in this area together but it is very child friendly which may not be the camping experience some of your group would like. Due to the licence we have to put caravans in a seperate live in vehicle field from camping fields. Apart from the caravan camping - its pretty flexible and whatever your preference.. There is more info on this website under camping.

Hope this helps -

Walter

Woof Woof x

Thanks Walter

Would it be possible to take a caravan into the settlement bit? Some of us can come earlier.  Also is that near the family part?

Cheers

Heather

For the first time we weren't quick enough to get settlement live in early bird tickets for 2017. Would it be possible/sensible to buy ordinary early bird settler tickets at last year's prices if they are still available and then upgrade to live in early bird when they become available? Would that save us money or is it easier/better to just wait for the next lotof tickets to become available?

Hey Josephine - sadly that's us done for Settlement Live In vehicles - they always sell so fast we don't hold any back for general sale.. x

Hi Walter, my daughter is due to to finish 6th form in June 2017 and will go to university Sep '17 - does this mean i can buy a Student ticket for her, as i'm not sure she'll have the NUS card until she goes? She'll be 18 in June.
