Notice from Ticketline

I recieved this e-mail from ticketline:

We have been informed today that tickets for the Green Man Festival have not arrived into our offices in time for us to despatch out to you. We have therefore made alternative arrangements for you to collect your tickets from the box office on the evening of the event.

 

Please bring the card that you booked with or some form of photographic ID such as a driving license or passport. Please also note your car parking has been refunded in full as this cannot be placed on collection, therefore you will need to purchase this on arrival.

Question 1:  Is there going to be extra hassle at the box office because of this?

Question 2:  Are there plenty of parking spaces so we can pay for this on-site?

Question 3:  Isn't the parking more expensive at the door? It's probably only a pound or two, but it seems like it's someone elses cock-up, not mine.  I ordered in plenty of time (July 23rd, post from the UK usually only takes 3 to 4 days).

Also I don't see where Ticketline is refunding the £9.75 (!) in postage which obviously isn't being used.  I've sent them a mail about this.

These are relatively small sums in the rather expensive context of festival going, but hey, right is right. Right?

We picked up our tickets last year at the box office and aside from a bit of queueing (to be expected) it was painless. However car parking is £10 on the gate which is double what you've already paid, which seems unfair.

Resolved happily.  Ticketline has just informed me that they have reinstated my parking ticket for collection at the gate, and they are refunding the postage.  A promt and polite resolution from T'line :)
