Hi I am concerned still have not got both camping and festival tickets.Bought Festival tickets 4 weeks ago , camping 4 days ago...my name is s douglas ref

59812553 2 adults 2 children..

Camping Ra little ref59858745.

Help please as leaving home forholiday tomorrow. Have tried endlessly to call ticket line ..What shall we do next

My tickets didn't arrive last year (got sent back by Royal Mail as vacant address for some reason). I just collected them on the gate. I did phone ahead to wherever I got the tickets from, but the whole process was really straight forward.
